Q What time are you open?

 A Reception starts at 9:30

    Final reception is at 15:00

    Final return is 17:30.

Q How long does it take?

 A Dressing/hair styling is about 30 minutes.

    Other than that, it depends on the amount of time 

    the customer takes to choose their kimono.

Q How do I make a reservation?

 A Reservations can be made online.

    ※ In principle, reservations

    by DM/email/telephone are not accepted.

    (Excluding on the day reservations)

Q Can I make a reservation on the day?

 A Please visit us directly

    and ask the staff.

Q I want to confirm the reservation plan

 A After the reservation is made,

    we will send you a confirmation email. 

    Please check there.

Q I want to change my plan

 A Please inquire at the reception on the day of

    your reservation.

    Options can be added/changed on the day.

 

Q I want to change the number of people

 A Please cancel once and

    make a new reservation again.

Q Can I cancel?

 A In principle, we do not accept cancellations.

    If it is unavoidable,

Q What time is the return time?

 A The final return reception is at 17:30.

    A late fee will be charged if you are late.

Q Can I extend my stay? Can I extend my stay?

 A We do not accept extensions.

    Please use the next day return option.

 

Q Can I return it the next day?

 A It is possible to return by 12:00 the next day 

    with an additional ¥2,000.

Q Can I reserve the kimono?

 A We do not accept it.

Q Is it possible to bring items in?

 A Boots/tabi are allowed.

    A carry-on fee of ¥500 will be charged for

    other small items.

Q Are minors allowed?

 A Consent from a parent/guardian is required.

    It will be assumed that consent has been given

    after the reservation is confirmed.

Q Do you have small/large size?

 A Since our store handles a lot of antique kimono,

    most of the sizes are standard to small.

    Although it is a small portion,

    we also have kimono of larger size.

    There are no kimonos for children.

 

Q Is it possible to have someone accompany?

 A Only the renter can enter the store.

Q Do you have a waiting space?

 A We do not have one available.

    Please meet up outside the store.

 

Q Can we meet at the cafe on the 1st floor?

 A Since it is system of one order per person,

    please purchase a product when using the cafe.

    Kimono rental users can get

    10% off by showing your receipt.

Q Are there any costs other than the plan fee?

 A Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays/peak season +¥500

    Depending on the options,

    there are other things that take additional fee.

Q Can I bring tabi with me?

 A Please bring it with you.

    For those who do not have zori

    and want to wear one, 

    we ask you to purchase one for ¥500 

    to prevent catching infectious diseases.

 

Q Can you keep my luggage?

 A We keep hold of the clothes you wear.

    We cannot keep large luggage

    such as suitcases.

    Please keep it somewhere else

    such as a coin locker in advance.

    In addition, at our shop,

    we cannot take any responsibility

    for scratches, damage, loss, etc.

    on the luggage we keep.

    If you are worried,

    please put it in a coin locker in advance.

Q What kind of clothes should I wear?

 A Although there are no particular specification,

    you will be wearing the underwear we prepare

    for you when you change clothes,

    so if you are concerned about it,

    please wear an inner shirt, leggings, etc. 

    before coming to the store.

Q How should I dress for summer/winter?

 A Summer: For inner layers, light colors are

      recommended for lace yukata because

      dark colored inner layers may show through.

    Winter: To prevent getting so cold,

      heat tech(thermal clothing)/leggings

      are recommended.

Q Can I go after curling my hair?

 A There is no problem.

    However, please come without using

    sprays, waxes, etc.

Q Is it possible to have my hair styled?

 A Hair styling is included in all plans except

    men's plan.

    We have several menus available at our store.

    ※There are additional charges for hair styles other

    than the ones on the menu(consultation required)

    ※Yakaimaki/Japanese hairstyles are not allowed ​

 

Q Is it possible to set short hair?

 A It is possible.

    The hairstyle that can be done changes depending

    on the length and amount of hair.

Q What are the possible payment methods?

 A Cash, various credit cards,

    and various QR payments are available.

    ※Currently, payment is only allowed directly at

    the store.

Q What happens to my hair when I return the

   kimono?

 A We will remove decorations such as flowers.

    You can leave the pins and hair ties as they are.

 

Q Can you fix my makeup/hair?

 A Fixing make-up and hair during preparation/return

    is prohibited in the store. 

Q Can you do men's hairstyles?

 A We do not do men's hairstyles.

    Because we do not have things such as hair irons

    for rent, please come to the store after having it

    done.

Q Can I take pictures inside the store?

 A Please ask us.

Q Are there any precautions when wearing a

   kimono?

 A​ Please refrain from having things in which the smell

    can stick to clothes. 

    Example) perfume, monjayaki, grilled meat,

    cigarettes, etc. ​
